What should i do about a blister resulting in an ingrown toenail?

ok i had an ingrown toenail... but i treated it myself. the nail is gone and dose not hurt but there is still h huge blister... what do i do??? it wount go away :(

Well, if it won't go away I'd go see a doctor. There's a good chance it'll be infected, and you might need antibiotics to help.





Feet aren't generally the most hygienic of places, so it's quite easy for infections to occur. There are even cases of people requiring amputation after an infection caused by an ingrown toenail.
