What do you do after you get the Ingrown Toenail out?

Okay I suffered from an Ingrown toenail for about 2 weeks, and i found this amazing product named Outgro. And It numbed it to the point where I can dig it out. Now my question is, how long will it take for the swelling to go down? and what can i do to help speed up the healing process now that the toenail is out? What do you do after you get the Ingrown Toenail out?
To best simulate what a doctor would do after a in-grown toenail surgery I would follow these steps...

1. Soak Q-tips in hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol. Some sort of disinfectant/chemical. Then use the Q-tips and stick them in the area where the in-grown toenail used to be. This will kill the roots and help prevent it from coming in again. However, it isn't as strong as the doctor's, so don't be shocked if it comes in again. Do this 5-6 times for 30 secs.

2. Then rub neosporin or any other Triple anti-biotic cream on the open wound to help prevent infection and speed the healing.

3. Wrapped up the wound, but not overly tight, as it may cause more pain.

4. To help the swelling, take Advil or any other over the counter medicine and ice it.What do you do after you get the Ingrown Toenail out?
You should use griseofulvin-oral tablet, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://medical-school-scholarships.notlong.com/?q=griseofulvin-oral-tablet%26amp;sym=Ingrown%20Toenail%26amp;qid=20090603104523AAlZ9rL
