depends on the office. Some offices have a sliding fee scale for customes with no insurance. I would probably call around to different options to weigh out all your options. You could always cut it out yourself..but that would hurt!!!
Depending on the severity which most are rarely to that point, you can take care of this yourself. Soak your foot in epson salts for about two hours or untill the foot gets pruney. Dry well. Repeat this method for maybe once in the morning and once in the evening. Give yourself three days. No improvement, then see a doctor. As for how muc they will charge, (anything they want).
Some docs charge for multi-toe discounts. If she needs work on any other toes, have it done at the same time.
I paid $250 for my wife to have this done.





He put a needle on the side of the ingrown nail, which numbed the toe. Then he cut the part growing in the skin and bandaged it. The whole process was less than 5 minutes!!


She had no pain until the next day but nothing major. (He gave her a prescription for pain also).
